Information on the Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

This notice is intended for private households using electrical and electronic devices. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure environmentally responsible disposal and your personal safety.

Proper Disposal and the Meaning of the Symbol According to Annex 3 of the German ElektroG (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act):

Old or unused electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with unsorted household waste. Instead, such devices must be collected separately through designated local collection points or return systems.

Before disposal, please remove any batteries or rechargeable batteries that are not permanently installed in the device. This step is not necessary if the device is collected separately by local waste authorities in preparation for reuse, in accordance with §14(5) of the ElektroG.

The symbol shown in Annex 3 of the ElektroG helps identify devices that must be separated from household waste. This symbol is a crossed-out wheeled bin and indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from regular waste:

Information on Returning Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

At Full Line OÜ, we are committed to responsible recycling and environmental sustainability. If you have purchased an electrical or electronic appliance from our website Fullline.eu, you are entitled to return an old device of the same type to us free of charge. For example, if you purchase a new vacuum cleaner from us, you can send your old vacuum cleaner back for proper disposal.

In addition, any electronic device smaller than 25 cm can be returned to us regardless of whether you made a purchase on our site. There is no requirement that the old equipment was originally bought from us.

If you wish to return a waste appliance, please contact our customer support via the Fullline.eu assistant. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, and we will ensure that your old appliance is recycled or disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.

Alternatively, consumers can also return waste equipment to local municipal collection points or to collection locations operated by manufacturers and distributors in accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). A full list of registered collection and return points in Germany is available online.

Important – Data Privacy Notice:
Devices such as smartphones, computers, and tablets may contain sensitive personal data. It is your responsibility as the end-user to permanently delete any personal information before sending the device for recycling. We cannot be held liable for data not removed by the user.

  • Small household appliances (e.g. toasters, vacuum cleaners, kettles)

  • IT and telecommunications equipment (e.g. printers, laptops, mobile phones)

  • Consumer electronics and solar equipment (e.g. radios, speakers)

  • Lighting equipment (e.g. LED lamps, desk lamps)

  • Electrical and power tools (e.g. drills, sewing machines)

  • Toys, sports, and leisure devices (e.g. game consoles, fitness trackers)

  • Medical devices (e.g. dialysis machines)

  • Monitoring and control instruments (e.g. digital thermometers, smart scales)

  • Automatic dispensers (e.g. coffee machines, vending devices)
