Es verfügt auch über Tausende von Mikroporen - die das Brechen und die Blockierung des Schlauches verhindern und dafür sorgen, dass das Wasser direkt die bewässerten Oberflächen erreicht. Der tropfenweise Wasserablauf für die gesamte Länge des Schlauchs hilft Wasser zu sparen. Darüber hinaus ist der Flachschlauch leicht im Gewicht und kann als Spulen für einfache Lagerung und leichten Transport gerollt werden.
