There are 3 lighting settings to choose from (intense, medium or flashing light) using a single button located behind the front light on the chest, to make it easy to use. This harness also has cushioning behind the front light around the area that comes into contact with the chest, making it more comfortable. It is very lightweight and is not bothersome when doing exercise. Thanks to its ergonomic, unisex and one-size design, it fits the body perfectly providing a firm hold, as it is elastic, flexible and adaptable.
